Malon is a four-piece band from San Diego, Calofirnia, US and play a fusion of many influences. They are inspired by post-rock bands such as Mono and Yndi Halda, as well as more emo and screamo bands such as Cap'n Jazz, Pg. 99 and Snowing. 'Reverie' is their new album and I really enjoy all of the seven songs. I think, you should listen to Malon if you have not already. Oh, and they will take part on the compilation stuff, so keep an eye on the blog in the next days.
